Bulaxior — Official Terms of Service for Kenya Users

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital tools, software, and online infrastructure (the "Platform") operated by Bulaxior ("we," "us," or "the Company").

The Platform delivers AI-driven analytics, financial instruments, and decision-support technology (collectively, the "Services").

If you browse, register, or interact with the Platform in any way — including users based in Kenya — these Terms apply to you as a "User" or "you."

By visiting the official Bulaxior website, creating an account, or engaging with any Platform feature — including APIs, widgets, and workflows — you confirm that you've read, understood, and accepted these Terms alongside the Bulaxior Privacy Policy.

Bulaxior may update these Terms as circumstances require. Continuing to use the Platform after we publish changes means you accept the revised version.

1. Platform Access and How Bulaxior Works for Kenya Traders

1.1 Conditional Right of Use

When you comply with these Terms, Bulaxior grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform — for lawful, responsible purposes only. This applies to all users, including those in Kenya.

Bulaxior may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any Platform feature or Service at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

1.2 Regulatory and Legal Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • all information you submit to Bulaxior is accurate and up to date;
  • you hold the legal capacity to enter binding agreements within your jurisdiction;
  • your activity on the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights;
  • your conduct doesn't breach financial, consumer-protection, or data-privacy rules in Kenya or your local region.

You stay personally responsible for maintaining compliance throughout your use of the Service.

1.3 Oversight and Enforcement

Bulaxior may — but is not obligated to — monitor Platform activity to confirm compliance with these Terms or applicable legal standards.

Choosing not to enforce a provision on any given occasion doesn't forfeit our right to enforce it in the future.

You carry full responsibility for every transaction, communication, and data action you perform through the Platform.

Discovered a bug, security vulnerability, or system anomaly? Report it immediately through official Bulaxior support channels.

1.4 Access Restrictions and Termination

Bulaxior may suspend or revoke your Platform access — on a temporary or permanent basis — if:

  • You violate any provision of these Terms;
  • We have reasonable grounds to believe you're engaged in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity;
  • Your actions threaten the integrity, operations, or reputation of our systems.

We accept no liability for any consequences resulting from such restrictions.

The Platform may connect you to independent third-party offerings, transactions, and services ("External Providers").

1.5 External Providers and Independent Products

Regarding External Providers, Bulaxior does not:

  • employ, supervise, or endorse them in any capacity;
  • guarantee their quality, accuracy, legality, or reliability;
  • accept responsibility for commitments they make outside this Platform;
  • reference their content for anything beyond your convenience and awareness.

Any engagement with External Providers is entirely at your own risk.
